WHITLOW - Passed away Saturday, 8 A.M., at his home, 713 N. 35th St., William S. Whitlow, age 75. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. E. T. Childress, of Richmond, and Mrs. R. G. Bivins, of Washington, D.C.; eight grandchildren, Mrs. J, M. Walton, L. D. Schnuck, Jr., Mrs. George Parker, George William Coutts, Joanne Childress, Royal, Billie and Luther Bivins; two sisteres, Mrs. R. E. Lewis and Mrs. T. O'Connor Johnson, and one brother, Mr. J. E. Whitlow Remains are resting at his home, where services will be held Monday at 3 P.M. Interment in Oakwood.
