CARLTON, Barbara Mountcastle, 64, of Providence Forge, Va., passed away Monday, February 29, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Carlton; her parents, E. Tyree and Anne Mountcastle. Barbara is survived by her sister, Elizabeth Amendola; two brothers, Ray Mountcastle and W.E. Mountcastle; her mother-in-law, Virginia Carlton; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, March 3, 2016, at Olivet Presbyterian Church, Providence Forge, Va. Vincent Funeral Home, Providence Forge Chapel is handling the arrangements.
