Forest Kenyon Rusie, age 9, died at Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, on December 25, 1940, of appendicitis. His parents were Forest and Joy Myrick Rusie, of Mooresville, where he was born in March, 1931. Surviving are his parents and two sisters, Gay and Myla D. Rusie.
