Taylor Sr., Edwin Clarke
Edwin Clarke Taylor Sr. (Ed), 76, of Sandston, passed away Friday, September 5, 2003. He is survived by his devoted companion, Evelyn Stephens; three daughters, Lorena Crowe and her husband, Bubba, Marsha Taylor and Michelle Trogdon; six sons, Edwin Taylor Jr. and his wife, Joyce, Henry Taylor, Russell Taylor, Phillip Taylor and his wife, Lisa, Brian Sober, James Taylor and his wife, Holly; 19 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; and two devoted friends, Joyce Tinnel and Frances Johnson. He retired in 1990 from Henrico County Schools and had worked for Burns Security. Friends may call at the Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, and where funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Monday. Interment Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery, Lenexa, Va.
