LANEXA - Crystal Lynn Hazelwood, 41, of Lanexa, passed away June 15, 2013. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Hazelwood; her daughter, Sierra Ruby Hazelwood and numerous other relatives. The family will receive friends Saturday June 22 from 4-8 PM at the Miller residence, 8588 Merry Oaks Lane, Toano, VA. 23168.
