WILLIAMS Hughlon Arnold Williams, 92, of Chesterfield, passed away April 27, 2007. He was predeceased by his wife, Mildred Heath Williams; and grandson, Paul Speeks. He is survived by his son, Frank H. Williams and wife, Martha; daughter, Linda Speeks and husband, Michael; brother, Milton Williams of Deltaville; grandchildren, John, Stephen, and Bryan Williams, Kevin Speeks and Tracey Ingle; and ten great-grandchildren. Mr. Williams retired from DuPont after 42 years of service. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII on the USS Cabot, and was a member of the American Legion Post 354. His family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Bliley's Chippenham Chapel, 6900 Hull Street Rd., where funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday. Interment Dale Memorial Park. s
