WHITLOW Louise S. Whitlow, age 82, of Deltaville and Richmond, passed away Monday, December 18, 2006. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert S. Whitlow Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Linda W. Meadows of Farmville, Va.; her son, Robert (Sam) Whitlow III and wife, Marion; two grandsons, Kevin Meadows of Farmville, and Robert S. Whitlow IV of Richmond; one granddaughter, Tabitha S. Whitlow of Richmond. The family will receive friends at the Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave. 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, December 19. A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 20 at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
