Edward Wilford "Red" Stewart, age 77, of Toano, Va., died July 6, 2006. Stewart was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Lanexa, Va. where he was honored Deacon Emeritus. An avid hunter and fisherman, Stewart is survived by his wife of 53 years, Lois W. Stewart; a niece, Deborah Roberts of Richmond; two nephews, Richard Stewart and James E. Stewart, both of Lanexa. A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday at Vincent Funeral Home, Providence Forge, Va., 9923 Pocahontas Trail, with a burial following in Lower King and Queen Baptist Church Cemetery, Dragonsville, Va. The family will receive friends today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Vincent Funeral Home, Providence Forge. Memorials can be sent to the Building Fund of Liberty Baptist Church, 15810 Liberty Church Rd., Lanexa, Va. 23089.

Lois Williams Stewart, 83, went to be with the Lord Sunday May 31, 2015.
She was born to the late Mary Alice Ashley and John Dudley Williams in Coldwater, King & Queen County, VA.
Lois was preceded in death by her parents; step-mother Mary B. Anderson Williams; her husband of 53 years E. (Wilford) Stewart; a brother Russell D. Williams; a niece Deborah Roberts; a brother and sister-in-law Raymond and Ruth Stewart.
She is survived by nephews Russell D. Williams, Jr. (Diane), Richard E. Stewart (Lori) and James E. Stewart (Tracy); a niece Sandra Williams; sister-in-law Rachel Williams and numerous great nieces and nephews.
Lois lived her life for the Lord with her service and membership at Liberty Baptist Church.
A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday at Liberty Baptist Church, 15810 Liberty Road, Lanexa, VA 23089. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow in Lower King & Queen Baptist Church Cemetery, 204 Timber Branch Road, Mascot, VA 23108.
