For a while, he was thought to be the brother of Luncy Anna WRIGHT BAILEY but dates are too far off.
"Marriage Notices in the Religious Herald with Dates of Publication" It lists them by last name.
Wm H Wright and Ellen V. Howerton by Elder G.W.Trico published 12 Apr 1855.
He of of Caroline County and she is of King and Queen. Remember, the date is when the Herald was published, not when the marriage took place.
