BILY, Martha Stewart, widow of Andrew V. Bily Jr., daughter of the late John Ellis Stewart and Lula Henrietta Roper, died Tuesday, August 5, 2014. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church and a Past Matron of Areme Chapter #17, O.E.S. where she had been a member for over 80 years. Martha was Past President of A.L.A., Lakeside Unit 125, was a member of the Thomas Jefferson Women's Club and was a charter member of Job's Daughters. She was Past President of U.D.C. Richmond-Stonewall Jackson Chapter and served the organization at the District, Division and General levels including President of the Virginia Division. Private services were held in Oakwood Cemetery.
