Henrico Co., 29 Jun. 1671; Robert Bowman had patent for 557 acres on the south side of the James River in Henrico Co. adj. Henry Lownds above Parker's Gutt. Also adj. land his father had given him, land of Martin Elam, Joseph Tanner's orphans, and Coles Creek. It included the 100 acres his father had given him on 10 Jan. 1661.
