OGLE, Earl "Hugh", 90, of Chesterfield, died on Friday, June 8, 2007. He was born on June 16, 1916 in Sevier County, Tennessee to John C. Ogle and Eliza C. Brackin. He was married to Sarah E. Raikes of Buckingham, Va. and served in the U.S. Air Force during World War II. He retired from Richmond Engineering after 38 years of service. In addition to his loving wife of 70 years, he is survived by his daughter, Leona O. Hazelwood, wife of the late Otis M. Hazelwood; and son, Larry E. Ogle, husband of Deborah L. of Richmond; brothers, Oscar and Harry M. Ogle; sister, Dora M. Adams, all of Richmond; grandchildren, John C. Hazelwood, husband of Sharon, Jessica L., wife of Bradley Bryant, Jennifer L., wife of Randall Bowen Jr., Christopher J. and Ryan P. Gatchel; great-grandsons, Connor C. Capps, Randall J. Bowen III, Dylan F. and Michael S. Bryant; and numerous nieces and nephews. A gathering of family and friends will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday and Monday at Blileys - Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd., where a Funeral Ceremony will be held 10 a.m. on Tuesday. OGLE, Sarah Elizabeth "Lizzy," 89, of Richmond, Va., entered into eternal peace on Wednesday, May 20, 2009. Born June 7, 1919 in Buckingham, Va., she was the daughter of the late George Raikes and Virgie Wooten Raikes. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Earl Hugh Ogle; two brothers, John and Floyd; sister, Mary Lou; and son-in-law, Otis Hazelwood. She is survived by her daughter, Leona O. Hazelwood; son, Larry E. Ogle (Deborah); grandchildren, John C. Hazelwood (Sharon), Jessica L. Bryant (Bradley), Jennifer L. Bowen (Randall), Christopher J. Gatchel and Ryan P. Gatchel (Amber); seven great-grandchildren, Connor C. Capps, Randall J. and Amanda J. Bowen, Dylan F. and Michael S. Bryant, Cassie and Bridget Jones. The family will receive friends 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Bliley's - Chippenham, 6900 Hull Street Rd., where services will be held 3 p.m. Saturday.
