Obituary
Mary Jo Weitzel, age 68 of Waynesburg, died Saturday, November 12, 2011 at the Washington Hospital.
She was born November 18, 1942 in Lancaster, a daughter of the late Herb and Josephine Medffets Cully.
Mrs. Weitzel was a retired flight attendant for U.S. Air with 42 years of service.
She loved horses.
Surviving are her husband Paul W. Weitzel whom she married August 16, 2003; a daughter, Michelle McMichael of Clinton; three stepchildren, Kelly Henry of Denver, Shawn T. Weitzel of Lititz, Tye Weitzel of Washington Boro, and Shea Bradley of Millersville; 12 grandchildren; a brother, Herb Cully of Annapolis, MD; and a sister Arlene Cully of Hopewell.
Friends will be received 6 to 9 p.m. on Monday at Behm Funeral Homes Inc., 182 West High St., Waynesburg and 10 to 11 a.m., the hour of services on Thursday, November 17, 2011 at Fred F. Groff Funeral Home, 234 W. Orange St., Lancaster. Burial will follow at Conestoga Memorial Park. Condolences may be offered at www.behmfh.com
