Virginia was a member of the Dunn Loring Volunteer Fire Department Auxillary and the Virginia State Firefighter's Association Ladies Auxillary.

Virginia T. Burke of Vienna, VA passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2011.

She was the beloved wife of 65 years of Robert W. Burke; loving mother of Michael E. Burke, Timothy A. Burke, Janet L. Dishner, Patricia A. Hull, and Pamela B. Robertson; sister of Ernest L. Thompson. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Virginia was an avid bingo player, President for numerous years of the Dunn Loring Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary and member of the Vienna Fire Dept. Ladies Auxiliary.

Relatives and friends were invited to Virginia's Life Celebration at Money and King Funeral Home, 171 W. Maple Ave., Vienna, VA on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 where a funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 16, 2011.
