Douglas, Beverly Gayle
Beverly Gayle Douglas, age 55, of Nokesville, Virginia, died Tuesday, September 2, 2003, at her home. Mrs. Douglas was a member of Greenwich Presbyterian Church, Nokesville, and a 1967 graduate of Brentsville District High School, Nokesville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon F. and Virginia Ross Mayhugh, and one grandson, William Lee Thomas. Survivors include her husband of 15 years, Daniel C. Douglas Sr.; two daughters, Kelly Ann Emmons of Fayetteville, North Carolina, and Jodi Marie Douglas of Virginia Beach; two sons, Daniel C. Douglas Jr. of Richmond, Virginia, and Bryan Matthews Davis of Montpelier, Virginia; two god-sons, Joseph Edward Tumasian of Nokesville, Virginia, and Christopher Lee Tumasian of Toledo, Ohio; two brothers, Gordon F. Mayhugh and Larry R. Mayhugh, both of Nokesville, Virginia; and two grandchildren, A.J. Emmons and Kendal Emmons. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, September 4, 2003, at Price Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas, Virginia. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, September 5, 2003, at Greenwich Presbyterian Church, 15305 Vint Hill Road, Nokesville, Virginia, with Pastor Don Meeks, Dr. Tommy Nance and Dr. Fred Skaggs officiating. Interment will follow at Stonewall Memory Gardens, Manassas.
