Obituary
Everett Lewis Kline, Sr, age 93 of Manassas, Virginia died Thursday, January 31, 2008 at Blue Ridge Christian Home, Bealeton, VA. Mr. Kline was born August 16, 1914 in Manassas, Virginia son of the late John Miller and Hattie Kane Kline. He was a life long member of Manassas Church of The Brethren where he served as a Deacon and on the Church Board. Mr. Kline was an avid Redskins Fan, Hunter and Gardener and loved to sing and yodel. He enjoyed taking his wife's classes on Hay Rides around his dairy farm in Manassas. Also preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary V. Kline who died in 2000 and seven brothers and four sisters. Survivors include two sons, Everett Lewis Kline, Jr. and Lowell A. Kline; two grandchildren, Linda McKeefer and Dana Hensley and five great-grandchildren, Melissa McKeefer, Scott McKeefer, Steven McKeefer, Samuel McKeefer and Amanda McKeefer. The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 P.M. Thursday, February 7, 2008 at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas. Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, February 8, 2008 at Manassas Church of The Brethren, 10047 Nokesville Road, Manassas with Pastor Jeffrey Carter officiating. Interment will follow at Cannon Branch Cemetery, Manassas. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to Manassas Church of The Brethren, 10047 Nokesville Road, Manassas, Virginia 20110 or Capital Hospice, 10530 Linden Lake Plaza, Suite 200, Manassas, Virginia 20109 in memory of Everett L.
