Karen Ann Sonafrank Currence Karen Ann Sonafrank Currence, age 59, died on November 29, 2011 at her home in Manassas, Virginia. She was born on December 8, 1951 to George and Della Sonafrank. Karen was a professional cake decorator who enjoyed sewing, arts and crafts, singing in the church choir and the Sweet Adeline's. She also enjoyed playing the bells at church.
Survivors include her loving husband of 40 years Fayne Currence of Manassas, VA; two children: Michael Currence of Manassas, VA and Ginger Currence Woods and husband Sean of Fairfax, VA; four sisters: Vera, Nancy, Eloise and Ellen. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas, VA. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, December 1, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Nokesville Church of the Brethren, 13002 Fitzwater Drive, Nokesville, VA 20181 with Pastor Mark Godfrey officiating. Interment will follow at Valley View Cemetery, Nokesville, Virginia.
