Son of David and Eliza Bowser Bright ( one of 15 children)
Born Sept 13, 1868 near Arcadia.
Member of Mt. Pleasant Lutheran church, which congregation later united with the church in Cicero, after which he attended the Methodist church
Early in life, he married to Lovey Cornelius of Arcadia. One child (Lovy A Bright died at 8 months 29 days)) was born to them about one and half years later and neither of them survived. Sept 5, 1885 Mr Bright was married to Jane Sheets. Parents of two children, a boy who died at age of three years old and a daughter, Nellie, wife of Roy Nightenhelser, east of Arcadia. Mrs. Bright died may 21, 1928. The third marriage was to Mrs.Nettie Peele July 6, 1931 who survives.
Other survivors are five grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and two sisters, Miss Lizzie Bright of Chicago and Mrs. Della Lavender of Arcadia.35
