Carey Grace "Ced" House, 95, Mooresville, died December 25, 2012. Mrs. House was born November 24, 1917, in Martinsville, to the late Ira Ernest and Alpha June (Kelso) Cramer.

Mrs. House was a proud homemaker and also co-owned the Mooresville Welding Shop, where she served as the bookkeeper and secretary from 1941-74. She was a 40-year member of the Indianapolis Art Center and had served as president of the Bay View Club. An avid reader, Mrs. House was a charter member of the Friends of the Library. She also enjoyed a number of hobbies that included playing bridge, fishing, boating, snow skiing, golfing, and bowling. She also enjoyed traveling and spent a number of Christmas holidays vacationing in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area.

She was preceded in death by her former husband, Raymond House; brothers, Julian, Leonard, Ralph, Ernest, George "Bob", and Marion Cramer; sister, Elizabeth "Lib" Cramer Friedmann.

Survivors include her daughters, Nina Langley (Paul) of Mooresville and Virginia "Ginny" Larson of Burlington, Massachusetts; grandchildren, Steven, Anthony "Tony", and David Langley, all of Mooresville, Michael Larson of Richmond, Virginia, and Jacie Feinberg of Burlington, Massachusetts; great grandchildren, Alex, Grant and Jessica Langley of Mooresville, Samantha and Dillon Langley of Martinsville, Carey Langley of Mooresville, Acadia and Sedona Feinberg of Burlington, Massachusetts.

The funeral service will begin at 12 p.m., Saturday, December 29, 2012, in the Carlisle – Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with calling there from 10 a.m.
