GEISER, Roy G.-- Age 75, entered into rest August 12, 2002. Surviving is his wife JoAnn, sons, Gary, Mark, his wife Julie, and Jeff. Grandchildren Greg Lee his wife Annitinette, Daniel, Erin Malaspina, her husband Patrick, and Mark II, Great-grandchildren Clotee and Athena Lee.
Roy was born in Detroit, Michigan on August 23, 1926. He served in the Army Air Corps in 1945 and served in Kwajalein. He attended Lee De Forest Television School and graduated with a BA degree. He and JoAnn married in September 1949 in Chicago, then moved to California and settled in Milpitas in 1957. Roy worked 30 years with the Ford Motor Company in the accounting department both in Detroit and in Milpitas. He retired in 1984.
Roy loved to work on his computer and his life long hobby was photography. He was active in the Boy Scouts, serving as assistant scout master and scout master of Troop 92. After Roy retired he enjoyed going to aerobic exercise 3 days a week, and walking all through Milpitas with his friend. Roy will always be loved and missed.
Memorial services will be held at the LIMA MORTUARY CEDAR LAWN CEMETERY, 48800 Warm Springs Blvd., Fremont, on August 24, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. The family respectfully requests no floral gifts be sent, donations can be made in his name to the Santa Clara Heart Foundation.
