Carl Harold Kaufmann, 66, of Kohala Coast, died June 16 (2011) at his residence. Born July 15, 1944, in Orange, Calif., he was the owner of Waimea Window and Floor Coverings.
Private services will be held. Memorial donations in his memory may be sent to Hawaii Learning Resources, 65-1229A Opelu Road, Hana Hou Cottage No. 2, Waimea, HI 96743.
He is survived by wife, Sally Kaufmann, of Kohala Coast; daughters, Sophia Kaufmann, of Kohala Coast, Angie (Glen) Ziegler, of San Clemente, Calif.; sons, Zachariah Kaufmann, of Kohala Coast, Greg (Rebekah) Kaufmann, of Waimea; stepbrothers, Randy Kaufmann and Larry Kaufmann, both of Santa Cruz, Calif.; two granddaughters.
