Obituary
Eustace Hyatt Taylor passed into the hands of the Father July 3rd, 2011. He was born Nov. 7th, 1909, in Herndon, VA to W.W. and Florence Hyatt Taylor. As a youth he built a ham radio station in his father's Herndon jewelry store. This passion for early radio led him to become a pioneer in the field of audio engineering. His accomplishments include instalation of the first radio broadcast system for the White House; building early radio stations accross the U.S. and working with the War Departmentduring WWll to develop radar and sonar systems for the protection of the Allied sea lanes and coastlines. Later, he did innovative sound engineering for Bell Labs, Western Electric, Graybar and Dukane Corp. He founded Midwest Electronic Industries of Chicago to develop and manufacture sound systems for school, tour and mass transit systems internationally. Selling Midwest in 1984, he retired to Roswell, GA for more time to fly his "Bonanza", write, travel and teach marketing and investment classes. Widowed, he moved to Florida in 2001. He worked at his desk daily to successfuly manage his investments until his passing. He is greatly missed by his son Terry Taylor and daughters Joyce Taylor and Virginia Taylor, ten grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and five great, great grandchildren. He will be laid to rest at Herndon Chestnut Grove Cemetary Thursday, July 14th at 4pm. Published in the Herndon Patch

Eustace H. Taylor, Bob to his friends, a resident of West Palm Beach, Florida since 2002, passed away at his home on Sunday July 3, 2011 at the age of 101.
A retired Chicago manufacturer and avid pilot, he is survived by his son, Terry Taylor of Beaufort, South Carolina and two daughters, Joy Taylor of Newport Beach, California and Ginger Taylor of West Palm Beach, Florida, ten grandchildren including Chris Hicks, Sherry Irwin and Terry Hearn, of
West Palm Beach, Florida; eleven great grandchildren including Colton Hearn, Anthony Hicks, Colby Hearn and Summer Irwin of West Palm Beach, Florida, and five great- great- grandchildren. The family will receive friends at Palms West Funeral Home on Sunday, July 10, 2011 from 3:00-5:00PM.
