She was born November 22, 1931 in Anderson, IN, and resided Anderson most of her life.

She owned and operated Eva's Beauty Shop.

She enjoyed cross stitching.

She is survived by her son: Leonard "Len" (Charlene) Collings of Kokomo. Grandchildren: Amanda (Johnathan) Armogum of Alexandria and Amber (Aaron) Still of Fishers. Great grandchildren: Kyla Still, Mia Still, Camdyn Still, Samara Still, Kaylen Armogum, Jordan Armogum, Adrienne Armogum and Tristan Armogum. Sister: Erma J. Hepfer.

She was preceded by her husband of 14 years, Otto Sulkey. Parents: Lloyd Rue and Dessie Olene (Boyd) Jones.

Private Graveside Services at Memorial Park Cemetery, Anderson will be held.
