WILMA J. COOK GALBREATH 84, Passed away at her sister's home on Monday, August 29, 2005.
Born in Cleveland, OH, Wilma has been a resident of Stuart, FL, since 1977, coming from Westlake, OH.
Wilma was a fabulous seamstress, from her husband's suits to baptismal gowns for the children.
Since retirement, she has served as secretary of the Cook Corporation, treasurer of Sir Amic Supplies, Inc., and secretary/treasurer of Rainbow Cove Corporation.
She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Strongsville, OH. Survivors include sister, Eleanor C. Davis of Oxford, NC, and Stuart, FL; sister-in-law, Loretta Cook of Sammamish, WA; niece, Eleanor Manchester (Otis Harvey) of Oxford, NC; nephew, Ted Cook of Sammamish, WA; niece, Donna Cook Larsen (Michael) of Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada; grandniece, Tamie McGiveron of Raleigh, NC; grandnephew, Scot McGiveron of Denver CO; and grandniece, Deleen Larsen of Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada.
Her husband, Elbert O. Galbreath, predeceased her in death. In lieu of flowers, please make a contribution in her name to Hospice, Leukemia Society, the Shriners, or a charity of your choice.
A graveside service will be Tuesday, September 6, 1PM at Fernhill Memorial Gardens, Stuart, FL.
