Richard E Rusie Born in Indianapolis,Indiana to Wilbur and Ida Rusie 1925. Richard was the brother of: Robert,Barbara,Ronald,Donald,Keith,Kenneth and Brenda.Richard attended Arsenal Tech High School in Indianapolis. He was a Scout and was very handing at fixing things, the neighbor children loved coming to him, to get his help when they broke things. Richard fought most of his life with being a diabetic and pasted at the age of 25.
