tombstone DOB Jan. 3, 1847Gough, Levi H. - 29 Dec 1916 M. J. - Levi H. Gough died at his home near Buckland on Tuesday, Dec. 12, at the age of 69 years. Though he had been in ill health for several months his death came as a shock to his family and friends.
Mr. Gough was a man of honorable and upright character and held in the highest esteem by the people of Prince William where he had always made his home. He was a good husband, a kind and loving father and a true friend, and will be greatly missed in the neighborhood.
He is survived by his wife and two children, Mrs. O. M. Douglas, of Thoroughfare, and Mr. Henry Gough, of Buckland.
Funeral services were held at New Baltimore, Rev. V. H. Councill, of the Baptist Church, officiating. Interment was made in the cemetery there. 93
