Henry Jordan , presented to this Court by Jno. Stowers and accursed of being the divulger of report that Thos. Farrar did on day of proclaiming his Maties in the County in contempt of his Maties health which was then drinking Spitt into ye Liquor, who now upon oath denying same & also declaring he knows nothing of sd. misdemeanor, & John Stowers who was the first accurser of sd. Jordan not being present nor anyone else who can lay anything to his charge, the sd. Jordan is discharged. June 1, 1685
