"All the rest of my houses, lands, goods and Chatteles whatsoever I give unto my wife Ann for term of her life and then to my son Henry Jordan and his heirs forever upon Condicon that he shall see all my Debts & legacies paid and doe make him my Sole Executor of this my last Will and testament."
