TOANO, VA - Arnold "Buddy" Burcham, 66, of Toano, VA passed away September 25, 2015. He was an Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War and stationed in Langley. Buddy retired from NASA after 25 years of service in 2006. He was preceded in death by his parents Arnold B. and Susie Hicks Burcham. Buddy is survived by his wife of 45 years Vicki; a son Chris Burcham and his wife Niki; a daughter Jessica Burcham and her fiancé Keith Butterbredt; a grandson Brent Burcham; and his siblings Carolyn, Randy, Sheila, Marvin, Janet, Stuart, and Kirk. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 29th at Corinth Baptist Church, 11650 New Kent Hwy, New Kent, VA 23124. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends 5:30 to 8 p.m. Monday at Corinth Baptist Church. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society , PO Box 22718, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73123-1718.
