WINN, Elizabeth P., of Richmond, passed away on September 9, 2009. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. A.W. Winn Sr.; and her brother, A.W. Winn Jr. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Delia R. Winn; two nieces, Dixie Vermillion and Penelope Dunn; and nephew, John G. Winn. A family service will be held at Peninsula Memorial Park in Newport News, Va. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the SPCA will be appreciated.
