WHITLOW, Robert Samuel "Sam" III, 63, of Sandston, passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert S. Whitlow Jr. and Louise S. Whitlow. He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Marion G. Whitlow; children, Robert Samuel Whitlow IV, Tabitha Scott Whitlow; sister, Linda W. Meadows; and nephew, Kevin L. Meadows. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 8, 2014, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S.
